A walking tour of churches in Edinburgh
Edinburgh’s Old Town is home to many magnificent churches of different denominations. This tour, led by an expert guide, offers a selection of these fascinating churches, exploring their history and unique features. The visit will last about four hours. We will visit (in this order):
St Mary Magdalene Chapel, Cowgate, St Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, Canongate Kirk and Old St Paul’s.
There will be ample time for breaks and lunch (not included in the ticket price).
The walk will start at St Mary Magdalene Chapel, Cowgate, Edinburgh Old Town EH1 1JR.
Individual donations to the churches (not included in the ticket price) would be welcome.
Places are limited to 20 so booking is essential.
