Learn the basics of natural dyeing and Norwegian-inspired methods for layering color. From mordanting to using dye extracts, you’ll explore various techniques, including modifying colors with the potential to create multi-color effects through using flammegarn techniques that are perfect for knitting or weaving.
During this two-week class, we’ll learn the dyeing process together, and you will complete your dyeing throughout the week. You will be able to decide how you want to dye your yarn.
