REGISTRATION FOR VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE — THE ZOOM LINK WILL BE EMAILED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE SYMPOSIUM

This fall, The Athenæum of Philadelphia honors the work and legacy of Dr. Roger W. Moss (1940-2025), historic preservationist, historian, educator, writer and our Executive Director for 40 years.

This two-day symposium will feature in-depth conversations on the areas to which he devoted his career: archives & museums, Victorian studies, historical documentation, material culture, and the archives of The Athenæum itself. Speakers who knew and worked with Roger will join with other professionals from the Philadelphia area, as well as experts from other parts of the U.S. and the U.K., to discuss his impact, current trends and the future of these fields.

Note that the ticket price covers both days of the Symposium. All registration sales are final. To view the registration page for IN PERSON attendance, visit philaathenaeum.org/programs-events/
