Artwork by Joomi Chung & Manami Ishimura

Explore our newest exhibition, featuring two women sculptors whose multimedia works converge for the first time at the Springfield Museum of Art. Formally, their works share a curving calligraphic quality, like liquid ink drawings flowing through air. Conceptually, both artists explore the movement of energy—whether it be a ripple through water, the frenzy of a swarm, the emotional overwhelm of the daily news, or the transfer of energy from decaying soil into a living vine.

Members – Free | Not yet a member – General Admission is $5

Exhibition runs September 25, 2026 – May 9, 2027
