This talk will be presented by Peter Barberie, Brodsky Curator of Photographs and Head of Prints, Drawings, and Photographs at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and Carl Finkbeiner, Historian and Photographer at the Rose Valley Museum.
Join us Sunday, November 22, 2026 4pm, for a lecture on the art of photography in the Arts & Crafts era, in Rose Valley and beyond. Peter Barberie will explore the tension by artists using photography whilst maintaining the hand wrought ethos of the Arts & Crafts movement. Carl Finkbeiner will share local Rose Valley photographs contemporary to the time.
