Riva Arnold | Looking at the Jewish Ritual Art of Rosh Hashanah
Join Riva Arnold, David Berg Foundation Senior Research Associate, to discover The Met’s Judaica collection with a focus on Jewish ritual art used in the synagogue. Timed with the High Holidays, a season rich in tradition and symbolism, this talk will examine exceptional works including a rare set of Torah finials from the Rothschild collection and an Italian Torah crown manufactured by silversmith Andrea Zambelli for an 18th-century Jewish community.
The next tour in this series will be on 8 December 2026 in celebration of Hanukkah.
